MOCAT FOUNDER

CALVIN NEWMAN

Calvin Newman is a U.S. Army retired veteran. He has served all over the world in his 22 years including multiple combat deployments. He is highly sought out for his expertise and leadership from industry leaders at all levels . His claim management and methodology process was quickly adopted by some of the biggest names in our industry. Calvin's desire to help other new new adjusters is the motivation behind MOCAT. Having personally mentored nearly 2000 highly successful adjusters, Calvin is often referred to as the voice of the new adjuster.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

JESSICA RIVERA

Jessica Rivera has been in the industry since 2003. Her knowledge stems from a variety of positions with different carriers throughout her career. Her experience and skills include FAA Drone Operator, contents, desk, and field adjusting for both daily and catastrophe claims. She also brings the unique perspective and expertise of being a staff adjuster, independent adjuster and training manager for one of the largest independent adjusting firms. Jessica is one of a handful of Xactimate Certified Trainers in the world. She has trained thousands of adjusters on how to master Xactimate and how to write the most professional estimates in the industry. Her purpose is to share knowledge of the industry and help pave a path for students to become successful independent adjusters.

POLICY INSTRUCTOR

JEANINE CHEENEY

Jeanine Cheeney has been in the insurance industry in many roles since 2009, from a producer, to managing coverages and claims for the largest independent composite distributor in the United States, to independent adjusting. She and her husband have built and remodeled numerous homes and have experience in all aspects of the building trades. She has a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Evangel University. She is an expert educator and brings passion to teaching the essentials of practical policy at MOCAT.
