How much does MOCAT training cost?
Tuition is $2,995 and includes the full training experience: practical policy and licensing prep (if applicable), hands-on adjuster training, Xactimate Certification prep and estimating instruction aligned with carrier/firm guidelines, and lifetime access to our alumni community. Payment plans are available.
Note: State licensing fees and the Xactimate certification exam fee are not included.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. You don’t need an insurance background. We train people from all walks of life—teachers, truck drivers, retail managers, military veterans, and more. If you’re willing to learn and put in the work, we’ll teach you the skills and workflow to become claim-ready.

Nixa, Missouri. Training takes place at our dedicated facility, with hands-on spaces designed for realistic claim scenarios.
What does “get in front of hiring authorities” mean?
It means guaranteed access and exposure—you’ll meet and connect with IA firms and industry partners through our network and visits. We don’t guarantee a job, but we do guarantee you won’t be trying to break into the industry alone.

How soon can I start working after training?
Some graduates start taking claims within a few weeks—daily, desk, or catastrophe as an independent adjuster or staff adjuster. Timing depends on licensing/credential status, market demand, firm/company onboarding, and your availability. We don’t guarantee work, but you’ll leave claim-ready and positioned to move quickly when opportunities open.
