Refund Policy

Any student who has enrolled but is unable to attend their scheduled class may transfer to a future training session at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, provided they notify [email protected] by email before the class begins.

If a student cannot attend and wishes to request a refund, the following conditions apply:

*Students must submit a written request, including their name, mailing address, and phone number, to [email protected].

*Cancellations 14 days or more before the class start date: Refunds will be issued minus a $150 processing fee and the resource fee.

*Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date: Refunds will be issued minus a $1000 processing fee.

*Changing class dates and then requesting a refund: The student will receive a refund minus a $1000 processing fee.

All refunds will be issued by check via certified U.S. Mail. Requests for expedited delivery via Express Mail will incur an additional $30 fee.

MOCAT is not responsible for lost or stolen refund checks. If this occurs, a $30 stop payment fee will apply before a new check is issued. 

Refunds will be processed and mailed within 7 business days.


**Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued once class begins.
