Refund Policy

Any student who has enrolled yet unable to attend their scheduled class, may enroll in a future training at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, provided they email [email protected] before class begins.

If a student is unable to attend class and desires a refund, we will base it on the following:

Students cancelling 14 days or more prior to their class date must submit written request, including name, mailing address and phone number to [email protected] and will be issued a refund less a $150 processing fee.

All refunds will be paid by check sent certified U.S. Mail; Requests to expedite check via Express Mail will incur an additional $30.

MOCAT is not responsible for refund checks that are lost or stolen. If this occurs, there shall be an additional $25 stop payment fee applied before new check is sent.

**Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued once class begins.
